Welcome to Blogmas, a journal of images and collection of thoughts starting the first of December until Christmas! You can expect a new post every morning of what I accomplished the day before. I am hoping that these posts can be a nice way for me to document this holiday away from family via pictures and little videos.
This is the first Christmas that I will be so far away from home, and I want to be sure that my family knows that I am spending the holidays well and miss everyone always. I have a lot planned for these upcoming weeks leading to Christmas, and I can't wait to share them with you.
Trevor is so supportive of all of my decisions. I told him that I wanted to do Blogmas, and he told me he would help by taking lots of pictures. The images below are of me randomly putting some hand lotion on at work and smiling because he is being sweet.
After work, Trevor and I prepped the house for his family that is visiting this weekend. They do an annual shopping expedition in Kansas City, and I am so pumped to be joining them. Anyways, our apartment wasn't that messy, but we are still putting a few things into place and haven't found a home for all of our stuff. We mostly wanted to pick up, put things on the walls that we have been waiting forever to do, and clean counters/sweep floors. It was definitely a success, and we will only have a little work to do tomorrow before his family arrives.
