Get to know me (through recent trends)

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted on here, so I thought a bit of a reintroduction was in order 👋 Hi, I’m Danyell!! Major reader (romance and fantasy obsessed), mom of two boys, lover of coffee in the day and wine at night. I’m a real life romantic who will spend forever dreaming on long walks outside (cliche, am I right??). I’m a business owner, homeschool mama, and wife. Introduce yourself below and let’s follow each other!! 🩶🧸

The following trends were posts I’ve made recently on my bookstagram that I thought would be a good fit for sharing on the blog too.

First trend: I know what you really like.

Set to a certain song on Instagram, people are sharing a picture of themselves with the text on the image that says “I know what you like,” and then another image that says “I know what you really like” with surrounding text of all of the things you love. For me, those things are: sugar free vanilla lattes, sushi, books that genre hop, wine, popcorn, walking fast, book signings, dark cottage core, reading, sunlight, tattoos, and the same shirt in five different colors.

🧸🩶 Do we have anything in common?!?!

Second trend: Asking your friends to tell you four things that remind them if you.

It’s really fun to see what others think of you when asked. It gives some great insight into the person you’re presenting, and sometimes thats different from friend to friend (and that’s okay). I really enjoyed getting back these responses. My friends said things like: books, tattoos, Indianan University, photography, red lips & two-toned hair, Charlotte Russe, the song “Single Ladies,” coffee, dates, popcorn, anything whimsical, animal crossing, the library, Spiderwick movie, light green, smiley faces, cameras, storms, and homeschooling.

What are four things that remind you of me?

Third trend: 1 girl, 10 obsessions

This one’s pretty self explanatory. My obsessions are: books, book signings, my kindle, wine, bubble baths, my bookshelves, walks outside, real life love stories, coffee, and book stores.
