February 2016 Goals

I accomplished most of my January goals, and nothing (seriously nothing) feels better than reaching your goals and improving yourself! This month I have high aspirations as well. I want to do some new things and finally finish things that I had put my mind to do long ago. I cannot wait to see what February brings!

Last month's goals:

+ Journal daily.

This was an easy one for me to accomplish because I received my daily devotional book right at the start of January. I set a routine that helped me to journal about my devotional and my day every morning.

+ Finish 3 books.

Boom! Another one that I accomplished--and actually--I totally surpassed this goal. As you can see via my Goodreads account, I read FIVE books last month.

+ Stretch out my splits every night.

However, this one was sadly a bust. While I've been focusing on eating healthier, I need to really start focusing on stretching and working out and making my body healthier by putting it through some work.

+ Gain one new client.

Nope. TDC has kind of been on the back-burner lately, and with everything going on in my life, I haven't really taken much initiative.

+ Add meditation to my nightly routine.

For a good part of January I was reading and journaling right before bed. I don't think that this was what I had in mind for "meditation" when I wrote my original goal, but it has definitely helped me clear my mind. I want to focus on doing it even more in February.

+ Go on a date every week.

S and I live together, so the term "date" is not really used much, yet we go out and spend time with each other constantly. I think that we accomplished this goal because we made an effort every week to focus on one another not just sit with one another... does that make sense?

February Goals

Last month, I talked about how I was so proud of myself for consistantly blogging. But, boy did I really rock the blogging schedule this month, too! I am, again, super proud of myself for blogging so frequently. This month I am focusing on some goals that are a little different for me, and I hope that they will help me reach out of my comfort zone and do something crazy!

+ Create weekly vlogs to go with my Tea Time posts.

+ Read 4 books.

+ Publish my first BookTube video.

+ Reach 1,700 page views this month.

+ Apply for 10 jobs.

+ Start drafting our book.
