4 Grilled Cheeses You'll Die For

I'll be the first to admit it--I suck at cooking. Like so bad. And I really dislike doing it and have no interest in learning. But let me tell you, I can make a great bowl of pasta and an amazing grilled cheese. Whenever I get the chance to harness those skills and maybe make an impressive meal using bread and cheese... I say, "I go this!"

This next list of amazing and mouth watering grilled cheeses are recipes that I am dying to try this summer. Why do people always cook more in the summer? Well, maybe that's just me (I go from once a month to twice a month--big improvement). Anyways, I've scoured the internet for some of the best recipes I could find and here they are!

Lobster grilled cheese.

Um, yes please. I love sea food!! This was a grand prize winner for Foodie Crush's recipe showdown last year, and I think it is much deserves.

The grilled works.

Caramelized onion, mushroom, and roasted red pepper grilled cheese?! When you say your want a grilled cheese this one from Jo Cooks is probably what you're imagining. The best part is that all of the ingredients are simple and the recipe doesn't seem too complicated--maybe I can cook.

A dessert grilled cheese.

Fruit, chocolate, and nuts doesn't really sound like grilled cheese, but hey, this site is calling it that and so am I. It actually does contain a cheese called mascarpone. This would be an amazing snack or dessert, and if I'm feeling fancy I might try it out!

The pretzel brat.

You will be the man of all mans when you whip out this beauty at your next bonfire. Bratwurst, sauerkraut, and muenster grilled cheese all wrapped up with a soft pretzel. Seriously though, this one might take the crown. You can find the recipe at TasteSpotting.

So have I made you hungry yet. I know I sure am. What was your favorite recipe?? Share in the comments below and don't forget to follow me on Pinterest to see what other recipes I pin!
